Nothing is happening? Don’t panic!!!?

If the LEDs do not flash or light up – the battery is probably empty. You can re-charge the battery by simply connecting battery and charger to the electricity wall plug. The indicating LED on the charger will switch to red and charging will start immediately. If you get lost inside the menu and tuning banks simply turn off the device (by holding the on-button for 3 seconds). You can switch the device on again afterwards by holding the on-b... Read more

I want to use one of my user defined tuning locations in the Tronical for my acoustic guitar tuned to EEEEBE (“Bruce Palmer Modal Tuning”) How can I do that?

Step 1 – Tune to open E tuning (Green bank E) first. That’s E2,B2,E3,G#3,B3,E4. So 4 strings are already at target, only A and G need to be tuned down. Step 2 – now activate single string tuning mode for that same tuning (push and hold ON button) and pick low E to tune the low E.  Step 3 – Afterwards fret the A string on the 2nd fret and pick it, Tronical will tune down the A string because it is measuring a too hig... My TronicalTune is not tuning accurately. What can I do?

Make sure that the strings are not sticking in the nut (string friction). Also, the intonation of 12th fret fingered to 12 fret harmonic should be correct. Check interference settings and gain level (see manual, page 35 and 38). Read more

My TronicalTune does not safe my custom tuning E2, B2, E3, E3, B3, E4. Is there a solution for that??

Due to the limitation of two same notes with adjacent strings, TronicalTune does not allow to store that. But it works with a small trick, here is the how to do that: First part A): How to teach in the frequencies. 1 - Tune to standard tuning red bank “E”. 2 -  Enter single string mode and move with cursor to the “G” string, now fret the G string at the 3rd fret as accuarate as you can and plug the string, let ring 3...
